International orders can be shipped with either UPS International or USPS First Class International with Tracking. International customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If there is a problem with your order tracking or a shipping issue, please email me as soon as possible.

how can i buy your jewelry?

At this time, my jewelry is only available through my website. I restock every Saturday at 11am pacific with items I’ve made that week, so if you’re looking for something, Saturday is the day!

On occasion, my restocks sell out somewhat quickly. I recommend signing up for email notifications to be alerted to shop updates.

are you taking custom orders?

I take custom orders on a first come, first serve basis, as time permits. Feel free to shoot me an email or a DM via instagram if you have something you’re looking for. My current lead time is about 4 to 6 weeks. if you need something by a specific date, please let me know!

i Tried to buy a pIece but as i was CHECKING out it sold?

The e-commerce platform I use does not reserve listings while they are in the cart and it sells to the fastest person to check out. I can take custom orders to recreate past pieces.

if you missed out on buying a piece from my collections, I have a made-to-order section, with pieces available at all times. These are pieces for sale that I make as they are ordered, and production time typically takes between 3 -4 weeks.

AFTERPAY CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDn’T GET? That can happen on occassion, and it always will ‘fall off’ overnight, once the purchase doesn’t go through. if you have questions, feel free to contact me.

Jewelry care:

All my jewelry is handmade with care from .925 sterling silver and/or .999 fine silver. I make each of my pieces to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish on your jewelry.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the metal. Pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation.

To clean your jewelry, clean with a soft brush with mild soapy water and polish with a jewelry polishing cloth (available at most local jewelry counters or online through retailers such as Amazon). Do not submerge in cleaning chemicals, as they can be damaging to the stones and weaken the silver.

return policy

PLEASE NOTE! I do not offer refunds or accept returns. I do not under any circumstances accept or issue order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled/refunded.

Please make an informed decision on sizing before making your purchase. I do my best to describe the pieces and sizing as accurately as possible. If there is a problem with your order please contact me to discuss further.

Please note: my pieces are completely handmade, one of a kind items that I make myself. As such, there may be slight imperfections and variations that show the handmade character that goes into each piece.

Repairs:

If, for some reason, a piece purchased from me needs repair or a stone replaced, I will do my best to work with you. Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as sizing down rings. Feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to work with you.

Layaway/Payment Plans:

I offer payment plans using Afterpay and Stripe. Please contact me for more information. please note - sometimes afterpay will charge your card even if you do not ‘get’ the item in checkout - it will fall off within 24 hours and is only pending until the order is completed.
